Yes, we are an outdoor venue and our concerts are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan around the weather. That being said, the safety of the artist(s), fans and staff come first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until it is safe for the show to resume. In case of inclement weather: we will make on-site announcements and post on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). During an evacuation, all concert goers will be instructed to evacuate to their vehicles. For those who do not have a vehicle onsite, we will provide further instructions.
Outside food and coolers can not come into the main festival area where the bands are playing. You are more than welcome to bring everything that you need to have an enjoyable weekend at your campsite or within the Tailgate Experience zone.

General (free) parking is located nearby the event area and an easy walk. We also have ADA and motorcycle parking areas which are located nearby the Festival Show Grounds. The VIP Parking lot is across from the Festival Show Grounds and included with your VIP ticket.

Please use the main entrance to Rock Stream Retreat which is located on Nye Road just off of NY-14. It will be on your left as you go up the hill coming from NY-14.
Camping
Absolutely! BUT please bring a fire ring, we can't have open fires. We'll have firewood available for sale near the entrance.
No, all sites are "dry" sites without any services. Clute Park Campground at the bottom of the hill and Watkins Glen State Park both offer water and dumping stations.
Yes, but please be considerate of your neighbors when running it. Safety note: Point all generator vents away from neighboring tents, RVs, and sleeping areas to prevent dangerous exhaust buildup.
Since there's one camping unit (RV, travel trailer or tent) per site, it comes down to your comfort level. :-)
One sleeping unit (RV, tent, camper, etc) and two vehicles are allowed per regular campsite – no exceptions. Tent City has a one vehicle restriction.
No, please bring your own trash bags and pack-out whatever you bring in.
As long as you have the proper passes on yourself and your vehicle, you can come and go as you please.

Our VIP ticket package is loaded with coolness! It includes a concert ticket, exclusive lounge access with private bar, restrooms, and seating area, VIP parking lot pass, event t-shirt, commemorative lanyard, Rock Stream Retreat koozie, and membership into our Rock Stream Rowdies club. (Membership allows early access to all future concert tickets at a discounted rate.)

Tickets are 100% inclusive this year and that means the price you see is the price you pay. No service fees, taxes, surcharges, etc. before the "inclusive" price is displayed. The festival will take place rain or shine. The Fireside Festival, in cooperation with local emergency services, will provide the most up-to-date weather information available. Weather announcements will be made on stage, including notifications on our social media channels if severe weather threatens the area. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the festival; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from any act’s failure to appear at the festival.
